We source and purchase ingredients from local suppliers whenever possible. 100% of our ground meat for our burgers and meatballs is freshly ground and delivered to us daily from a community grocer. We partner with resident bakeries to ensure the highest quality and freshest bread products are provided to guests. We proudly offer a delicious cup of coffee that is purchased from a local coffee roaster.
We regularly and frequently visit our neighbourhood grocery stores to see what is in season and find inspiration for our monthly menu offerings. By using town suppliers and local wholesalers we help support the economic development of our beautiful city.
